Recipe: Creamy Marsala Alfredo Sauce

This is the only mention of a marsala alfredo sauce I could find on the internet. From the recipe below, I believe you could combine any alfredo and marsala sauce adding some portobello mushrooms. Hope this helps a little.

Maybe one of the professional chefs could shed some light on the subject?

Creamy Marsala Alfredo Sauce

Serves: 64 (2 oz.) servings

Stouffer's Marsala Wine Sauce with Portobello Mushrooms (Po, hot, 2 qt.
Stouffer's Alfredo Sauce (64 oz. Pouch), prepared, hot, 2 qt.

In a 2 gallon sauce pot over medium high heat, add Marsala Sauce.

Add hot prepared Alfredo Sauce and blend thoroughly.
Keep warm until needed.

Toss with prepared hot pasta, grilled chicken, pork or veal medallions. Toss with grilled large diced vegetables for a great twist on Primavera.
