CREATE YOUR OWN BUNDT CAKE
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (used dry)
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
To create your own cake, choose cake mix and pudding flavor of your choice.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour pan (see pan sizes below).
Combine all ingredients together; beat 3-4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in 350 degree F oven (see baking times below). Cool cake in pan 5-10 minutes. Turn out on wire rack to complete cooling.
Experiment with different glazes and toppings or sprinkle confectioners sugar over the top for a festive look.
PAN SIZES AND BAKING TIMES:
12- Cup Bundt Pan 35-45 minutes, until cake tests done.
Bundt-lette Pan 15-20 minutes, until cake tests done
Bundt Muffin Pan 12-15 minutes, until cake tests done.
