re: Jaternicky (Slovak Meat & Rice Sausage)

This sausage is called Jaternicky and can be found in the green Slovak-American cook book compiled by the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Union who was originally based in Cleveland Ohio. It was published by theTylka Bros Press, Inc. Chicago Il. I have a third printing which is dated 1952.
