Dad's Czech Ham & Potato Casserole
8-10 small - medium potatoes
2-4 cups shredded cheese (any kind)
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 cups cooked cubed ham
pepper
Milk
Wash, peel and slice potatoes. Cube cooked ham.
Layer in a butter 2 quart dish in this order:
2 potatoes, 1/2 to 1 cup cheese (I like mine very cheesy), 1/2 cup cubed ham, 1/4 tsp caraway seeds, Sprinkle of pepper. Cover with milk 2/3 full.
Cook in a 350 degrees F oven until potatos are done. Let stand 15 minutes You can use more cheese and ham if you prefer for a main dish casserole.
