Recipe(tried): Dill Pickle Soup (using beef broth and potatoes, Polish)

Soups
Here is one I posted before in chat. I tried this soup the first time very reluctantly - but was very surprised to find I liked it. It is not from the restaurant you mentioned but you might want to try it if someone doesn't post the exact one you are looking for. Happy Cooking!

DILL PICKLE SOUP
(ZUPA OGORKOWA)

6 cups beef broth, homemade or canned
2 tablespoons instant flour
1 cup milk
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons soft butter
4 large dill pickles, shredded
2/3 cup liquid from pickle jar
2 1/2 cups boiled, sliced potatoes

Bring the broth to boil. Add the flour mixed with milk. Bring to boil.

Remove from heat. Add egg yolk mixed with butter. Add the pickles, pickle
liquid, and potatoes. Heat, but do not boil.

Makes 12 servings
