FUNNEL CAKES
The easiest recipe is:
Use any batter as if you are making waffles (includes only about 3-4 ingredients depends on what mix you use).
Pour through a funnel into hot grease, about 375 degrees F. Brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar or anything you like on top.
