Recipe(tried): Easy Corn Pudding

EASY CORN PUDDING

2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 (1 lb) can cream-style corn

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish.

Whisk everything together (I use a blender for everything except the creamed corn, and then stir that mixture into the creamed corn). Pour into a prepared casserole dish.

Bake at 400 degrees F, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
