Recipe: Easy-Does-It-Spaghetti (crock pot)

EASY-DOES-IT-SPAGHETTI

1 pound ground chuck
3 cups tomato juice
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
6 ounces dry spaghetti, broken into 4 to 5-inch pieces

Brown ground chuck in skillet, drain and put in crock-pot.

Add remaining ingredients to crock pot except dry spaghetti: stir well.

Cover; cook on low 6 to 9 hrs (high: 3 to 5 hrs). Turn to High last hour and stir in dry spaghetti.
