Recipe(tried): Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Side Dishes - Potatoes
SCALLOPED POTATOES

Boil potatoes with jackets on. Cool. Peel. Slice. Layer in bottom of casserole.

Add grated cheese (enough to lightly cover potatoes.

Cook several slices of bacon, crumble.

Saute chopped onions and chopped green pepper. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and mix.

Pour this mixture on top of potatoes and cheese

Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.

You can make a little bit of this recipe or as much as you want. That's why I didn't give the amount of ingredients. I have also microwaved this on high for 8 to 10 minutes
