Recipe(tried): Simple Scalloped potatoes

Here is a very simple recipe for scalloped potatoes. Everyone who has tried them just can't get enough. Unfortunatlely I use no measurements.

Use a 13x9 inch baking pan - peel (if desired) and slice anywhere from 5-10 potatoes (depending on the size) put a layer of potatoes on bottom sprinkle w/ flour, dot with butter and pour cream over (not to much because you'll do it again.) and seasonings of choice( I usually add pepper, salt, season salt, Mrs. Dash or garlic salt depending on my mood.) and keep layering the same way until your pan is full. Be carefull with the cream because you don't want it to bubble over. I usually don't use more than a pint in a half of cream. Again depending on my mood I will add cheese to the top or between the layers. Bake at 350 for about two hours (depends on how thick your slices are) I usually check the potatoes by piercing with a fork. good luck I hope your friends and family love them as much as mine.
