Recipe(tried): Egg yolk free baking

I adjust all of my cookies and cakes to exclude the yolk. Here in the usa, we have egg substitute available which is just egg whites and 1/4 cup is the same as one egg. Or you can sub two egg whites for one whole egg. I do this all the time and I have noticed no difference, just follow the recipe the same, unless it specifically calls for egg yolks you will be fine.
