Recipe(tried): Enchilada recipe

My daughter in law (who is half mexican descent) makes a dynamite casserole of chicken enchiladas.

She bakes chicken- then shreds it. SHe mixes it with a can of green chili enchilada sauce, shredded cheese and a container of sour cream.

She then layers the mixture with some corn tortillas in a casserole dish and bakes at about 375 degrees till bubbly and the enchiladas are fork tender.

Add shredded cheese on the top after done and put back in oven till cheese melts.

Its great!!!! Sorry I don't have exact measurements but this is the basics.
