Recipe: Famous Microwave Fudge (using regular milk)

FAMOUS MICROWAVE FUDGE
"Ready in 30 minutes!"

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 (1 pound) box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Chopped nuts (optional)

Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts, if using. Spread in buttered 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate.
