Recipe: Fat Free Raspberry Muffins

I just found this recipe the other day. Maybe not quite what you are looking for but it is a low-fat recipe

FAT-FREE RASPBERRY MUFFINS

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups raspberries

In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, egg whites, and milk; mix well.

Add flour, baking soda, and raspberries; combine thoroughly. Pour into baking tins (use non-stick cooking spray on the tins)

Bake 15-20 minutes in a 425 degree F oven.

Makes 6 big or 12 little muffins
