Fettucini Alfredo (with Crabmeat or Shrimp)

1 pound fettucini
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
freshly grated black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 pound pkg. crabmeat OR shrimp
Cook fettucini in salted water until al dente'. Melt butter in Dutch oven or large pot. Add cheese and stir. Add drained, hot fettucini and toss vigorously with large salad forks to melt cheese and coat pasta. Add pepper to taste. Add cream while still tossing. Add crabmeat or shrimp. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy!!!

Serving Ideas : Serve with a salad (tossed or 5 bean), rolls or garlic brd
NOTES : VERY easy and SUPER good!!!
