Recipe: Flavorful Meatloaf (Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix)

Flavorful Meatloaf
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour
6 servings

1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey or lean ground beef
1 package (1.4 oz) Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
tomato sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey, recipe mix, bread crumbs, milk and egg.

In foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan, shape into 8 x 5-inch loaf.

Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serve, if desired, with heated tomato sauce.
