Recipe: Four Cheese Ball (cheddar, bleu, American, and cream cheese

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi Paula,

You can probably substitute mozzarella for the American cheese in this with good results.

Happy Cooking!
Betsy

Four Cheese Ball

1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. white American cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Bleu cheese dressing or
mayonnaise

Combine in food processor or strong blender. Blend until smooth, pour onto wax paper and form into a ball. Chill 2 hours. Roll cheese ball in bacon bits or crushed walnuts (or use a mixture of the two) patting sides until the entire surface is covered. Refrigerate until 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
