Recipe: Freezer Jelly (using fruit juice) and Strawberry Freezer Jelly

I would either let the berries juice themselves or puree the berries and then put them through a sieve to get out the seeds. Here are two recipes I found.

FREEZER JELLY

3 c. fresh fruit juice
5 1/4 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
3/4 c. water

Mix sugar into juice; let set 10 minutes. Mix Sure-Jell with water. In saucepan, boil and stir for 1 minute. Pour into juice and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into containers; cover with lids. Let set for 24 hours at room temperature. Freeze.

FREEZER JELLY

3 c. strawberries, chopped
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
1 c. water

Puree berries in blender. Add sugar and set aside for 10 minutes. Put Sure-Jell in water and bring to a boil for one minute. Pour into berries and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into jars and let sit for 24 hours. Put into freezer.
