Recipe: Fresh Orange Slaw

Salads - Assorted
FRESH ORANGE SLAW

4 cups orange sections
1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix (a mixture of shredded red and green cabbages and carrots)
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

In a nonreactive bowl (glass or stainless steel), combine orange sections, cabbage and raisins.

In a nonreactive small bowl, combine sour cream, orange juice, sugar, salt and poppy seeds. Stir sour cream mixture into cabbage mixture until all is coated.

Makes 6 servings
