Recipe(tried): Fried Plantains for Jeanne....

Hi Jeanne,

Take the real ripe plantains, they should be liek yellowish-black and smell ripe-sweet.

Peel the plaintain, cut on the diagonal.

Put about 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a skillet and heat up, then put the slices in to fry until they are golden brownish. Drain on paper towels.
