Recipe: Fruity Potato Salad (using fruit cocktail, apple and banana)

Salads - Potato, Pasta
FRUITY POTATO SALAD

"Here's a recipe for a really fruity potato salad that's great with barbequed chicken."

4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 (1 lb) can fruit cocktail (drained)
1 to 2 apples, peeled, cored, cut to 1/2 inch cubes
1 banana , peeled, sliced
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (or mayonnaise)

Cook potatoes in boiling water. Let cool, then peel and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

Mix everything together with enough Miracle Whip for 'creamy' look.
