Recipe: Gemuseplatte(Vegetable Platter)

Hi Patricia!I have not tried this recipe that I found in one of the German cookbooks that was handed down to me. I hope this is what you are looking for.

Gemuseplatte (Vegetable Platter):
Serves 4

1 head cauliflower
6 tomatoes
1 head endive,chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. parsley & chives, chopped
pinch of salt

Separate cauliflower into flowerets & slice tomatoes. Arrange platter with cauliflower in center, surrounded by tomatoes, sprinkle with endive. Blend other ingredients into a smooth sauce & pour over all vegetables.
