GINGERBREAD MAN COOKIES
Reynolds Plastic Wrap
6 cups flour
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper
Combine flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
Beat together in a large bowl, using electric mixer on low speed, margarine, brown sugar and molasses until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla; beat until well mixed. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well blended. Divide dough in half.
Wrap each half in Reynolds Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Preheat oven to 350F. Working with one-fourth of dough at a time, roll out dough 1/4-inch thick between two sheets of Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper. Using a 5-inch gingerbread man cookie cutter, cut out cookies; place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until edges begin to brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
