to stick the gingerbread house together quickly I use melted white chocolate wafers. I put a coffee cup on both sides of the walls the take the next piece and dip the edges into the chocolate. The stick it to the other wall. Really sets up faster and is also makes the house stronger to work with. Then I use the royal icing as I or the children decorate the house.
