Recipe(tried): Gleasons (beef and noodle dish)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
In answer to the "gleason" recipe. I have made
it with the recipe from my mother in law. I think
it is actually a french canadian recipe. And we
pronounced it "gleasont" I think meaning something
like noodle. Anyhow all we did was cool the broth
from the meat and mix the cool broth with flour and salt and then roll the dough out fairly flat and cut it into squares.
We would throw the squares one at a time into the rolling hot broth and let it cook for awhile. It seemed to me when the squares rised to the top they
were cooked. I think about 15 t 20 minutes. That's it!
