Gooey Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag of minature reese's peanut butter cups
Cream together peanut butter, butter, and shortening.
Add sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat.
Add dry in half batches.... mix, scrape.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll in 1 inch balls, flatten on nonstick sheet pan with a fork and in the center lightly press in a minature reese's peanut butter cup.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
