Recipe(tried): Great Plains Kabobs (using sirloin and teriyaki sauce)

1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch cubes
4 ears of corn, cooked and cooled
1 red bell pepper
Blend Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic and pepper; pour over beef sirloin cubes and marinate 10 minutes.
Cut each ear of corn into 4 equal pieces. Cut the bell pepper into 16 pieces. Add the corn and bell pepper to beef mixture and marinate 10 minutes longer.
Thread beef, corn and pepper alternately on skewers. Boil marinade for a few minutes.
Grill or broil 5-inches from heat 3 minutes on each side, for rare, or to desired doneness. Brush corn and pepper occasionally with marinade.
