Recipe(tried): Greek Lemon Marinade for Grilling

Toppings - Rubs and Marinades
Greek Lemon Marinade for either Chicken or Pork
for grilling

l/2 Fresh Lemon Juice (enough to cover meat)
l/2 Olive Oil (enough to cover meat)
l/2 cup Oregano (no, this is not a misprint)
l/4 cup minced fresh garlic
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Put either chicken or pork in marinade at least
4 hours or overnight (depending on how well you
like lemon) in a Glass container covered in refrigerator. Discard marinade and grill.

I got this recipe years ago from a friend who
had a wonderful Greek restuarant in St. Louis.
