Recipe(tried): Greens are New to Me!

Hi David,
Greens are new to me, but you make them sound deliciously good. What would you compare them to.....a wilted spinach salad???? The pressure cooker mishap made me chuckle. It reminded me of my husband always taking the lid off and peaking in. To take the pressure down quickly in my 2 qt. pressure cooker, I run it under cold water until there is no more sound of steam excaping before I open it.
