Grilled Tomato Sauce
Yield: 8 Cups
20 Roma tomatoes; halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Broil tomatoes, skin side up on a lightly oiled baking sheet until slightly charred and soft. Puree in food processor. Season. Makes about 8 cups.
