Cider Sauce Topping
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups cider
Spice cake or ice cream
Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Add cider. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and serve
immediately. Add additionally cider to maintain the correct consistency.
