Recipe: Guilt-Free Alfredo (using chicken broth and yogurt)

GUILT-FREE ALFREDO

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Swanson Chicken broth (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup plain yogurt
6 cups hot cooked linguine (about 12 oz. uncooked), without salt
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided use
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

In medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 tablespoons cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese.
