Recipe: Hamburger Pinwheels (Bisquick recipe, repost)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
HAMBURGER PINWHEELS

1 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, divided use
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk (plus a little more for gravy)

Fry ground beef with onions until no longer pink. Drain well. Mix 3/4 of the (undiluted) soup with beef mixture; set aside.

Mix Bisquick and milk together to form dough. Roll out into a rectangle shape. Spread meat mixture on dough. Roll up jelly roll style and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch slices. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees F until golden brown.

Heat remaining soup with a little milk to make gravy. Serve over pinwheels.
