Recipe(tried): Here's the perfect tomato for sun drying

Misc.
I start out with a special Italian tomato made for sun drying-Principe Borghese. You can get it from Johnny's Select seed(they have a web address but I don't have it. A search will turn it up). Then I use a cheapie dehydrator from Wal Mart- abaout $20. I cut the tomatoes in half, pu them in the dehydrator and Voila!!!!!
