Recipe(tried): Holiday Beverage Mixes

I have tried the following recipes and have enjoyed all of them. They also make ideal holiday gifts for friends and co-workers.

Hot Cocoa Mix
1-8 oz box powdered milk
1 lb box prepared cocoa mix (I used Nestles' brand)
1-6 oz jar powdered creamer
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix all together is a large bowl. Fill a jar or container of your choice to save some for yourself. It is delicious. To prepare: fill mug 1/3 full os mix, then add hot water. Cappiccino Mix
1 cup instant coffee creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee crystals
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (fresh is better)

Mix all together in a bowl. Fill a jar for a holiday gift. To prepare: 3 tbls to 1 cup hot water.Irish Cream
1 cup light cream
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey
1 teas intant coffee
2 tbls chocolate syrup
1 teas vanilla extract
1 teas almond extract

Blend all ingrediants on high (a blender works the best) for 30 seconds. Bottle
in tightly sealed jars. Will keep about 2 months in a cool place.
