Recipe(tried): Holiday Gingerbread Loaf Style (lke Starbucks) (9-inch square)

I was out of cloves, so I didn't use them at all.
I doubled the recipe and it was MORE than enough for 2 regular sized loaf pans.
This recipe doubled very nicely. I didn't frost the loaves. The bread was wonderful. Fabulous texture, great taste.
EASY to make.
