Recipe(tried): Holly: Zucchini Bread

Breads - Assorted
Holley,

My recipe is the same as SC/FL. The only change I made was on the oil. Instead I used applesause. This seems to make it more moist and you really don't need the oil anyway. This recipe can be used for almost any bread. Follow same ingredients. Omit zucchini and add 2 cups of any of the following:

Carrots, cranberries, pumpkin, blackberries, pineapple and so forth. I have found that any fruits work real well in this. I just finished 12 loaves of cranberry/orange for friends. I used orange flavoring.

Good Luck, Happy Thanksgiving, Bonnie

PS. After making all this, I don't think I want to see another loaf for a while. HA
