Recipe: Honey Berry Pancake Syrup

Breakfast and Brunch
Honey Berry Pancake Syrup
Makes enough to cover 8 waffles
Found this recipe recently. Just tried it this morning on a waffle...YUM!!!

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cup berries of your choice

Combine water, honey, cornstarch and 1/2 cup of the berries in a small saucepan. Cook until it thickens slightly then add the rest of the berries. Heat about a minute more until thick and hot.

I tried it with blueberries and it was great!
