Honey Whole Wheat Bread- No Fat

Small Loaf ( 1 lb.)
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 tsp. yeast

Medium Loaf
1 1/8 cups flour
3 Tbsp. honey
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Large Loaf ( 2 lb.)
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
2 tsps. yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturers' instructions. Use Medium setting.
Timer use is okay. Cycle White or Whole Wheat.
