BEEF PAPRIKA
1 1/2 lb tips or steak (stew, eye what is on sale)
Brown with a lot of sliced onion and chopped garlic until steak is cooked.
Add to browned meat:
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp brown sugar
dash cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt (optional)
1 1/2 cups water
Cover and simmer 2 hours on very low heat. Thicken if necessary.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or rotini.
