Recipe(tried): Ice-cream cone cupcakes recipe

Desserts - Cakes
You just coose the flavor cake you want (you need to make sure it is not one of the mixes that has pudding in the mix). You mix the cake according to the box dirrections. I used a cupcake pan and wrapped foil around the bottoms of the ice-cream cone so they would stand up in the pan. Fill the cones to 3/4 full. Bake at 350* for approximatley 20-25 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and frost with favorite frosting. I made these for my son's 2nd birthday party, I used the colored ice cream cones with the confetti cake mix, frosted with white frosting a placed elmo face candies (we had an elmo party) to the top of each cupcake. They were so easy to make, with no clean-up and the kids loved them! Good luck and enjoy!
