For the Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes:
My husband is a Genius! He put a triple layer of aluminum foil (or you could use 2 layers of Heavy Duty foil) over the entire muffin pan. Then he poked a small hole in the foil over the space where the Cone would go. Be careful not to widen the hole too much as the cone will end up being too loose in the tin.
This makes the cones stable for baking and Transport!
We also used a liquid measuring cup to fill the cones. Less messy!
