Recipe: Island Fruits with Cottage Cheese Honey Lime Dip

Island Fruits with Cottage Cheese Honey Lime Dip

1 quart (4 cups) cottage cheese
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup honey
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries

Combine ingredients and carefully mix together. If you'd like to make a dressing, just blend ingredients in blender to desired texture. Serve with a plate of fresh island fruits.
