Recipe(tried): Italian Cannoli Cake from Better Homes and Gardens

Misc.
Please help! I have made the Italian Cannoli Cake from Better Homes and Gardens posted recipe and it did not say when to add the flour, baking powder and salt mixture noted in the first part of the recipe. Therefore, I mistakingly made it and forgot all about the flour mixture. I would appreciate it if anyone has made this if they could tell me when I was to add the flour mixture. I am a true cannoli lover. Your help would be appreciated and thanking you in advance.
