Recipe(tried): Japanese Restaurant-style Shrimp Sauce - the correct recipe is the first one posted
Toppings - Sauces and Gravieshello folks,
the recipe that is posted first here is the correct recipe... allthough i never used the garlic powder in mine when imade it for the kitchen i managed, and i only used 1 tble spoon of the rice vinegar. the last recipe in this post that was given (right before mine) is absolutly wrong, no ketchup, the paprika makes it pink...the ketchup would make it too pink and i think it would alter the taste in a bad way, and the guy didnt even list sugar which is obvious. i hope no one else lets him in a kitchen that serves to the public, or maybe thats why he doesnt work at that japanese restaurant anymore. im ,sorry to rant, i just dont like it when people take there loose opinion of something and then try to pass it off as a fact
