Recipe: John's Quick and Easy Waffles

John's Quick And Easy Waffles

2 cups of your favorite pancake mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
1 Teaspoon baking powder

Mix ingredients together until well-blended. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and wait for it to heat up fully. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes, or until desired level of cooking is reached. Add your favorite toppings.

Low-fat version:
Use egg substitute and replace oil with an equal amount of applesauce.
