Recipe: Joy/Az Do you want the recipe? (more)

Misc.

I can't guarantee it will work - I think its the easiest thing in the world, but I shared it with a friend, and she says they never turn out. (I think its her!)

I use this dough for lots of things.

In bowl place:
1/4 Cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon yeast

Add:
2 Cups warm water and 1 egg

When the yeast has dissolved and started working, Add 3 cups of flour and stir.
Part of the flour can be whole wheat if you wish.
Add 2 more cups of flour and stir, knead until the flour is mixed in. Sometimes you need more flour, sometimes a littlemore liquid. Don't stir or knead more than necessary. Should be a soft dough.
Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.

For dinner rolls, place dough in greased 9x13 pan and cut into 24 pieces. Let rise. If you want brush with egg Bake 350 about 25 minutes.

For cinnamon rolls, Divide dough in half. roll each half into long strip. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and raisins(optional) Roll up and cut each half into 4 pieces. Place in greased 9-13 pan. let rise. Pour some cream over the rolls and bake about 35 min.
To make sticky buns, place the cinnamon roll dough in a 9x13 pan that has been greased and sprinkled with brown sugar and pecans. Pour a little melted butter in,too. Don't forget the cream. Turn over onto large pan or cookie sheet as soon as you take them out of the oven.

Someone please try this and let me know how it turns out.
