Recipe(tried): Joyce's Bakery Macaroni Salad with Shrimp or Crab

Salads - Potato, Pasta
MACARONI SALAD WITH SHRIMP OR CRAB
This is how my mom made it & how I do too. I had a little bakery for awhile & would make this for a lunch special on occasion - always sold out! I don't really measure on this one, but it's hard to mess up! The dressing makes it different, & the seafood makes it a meal!

1 (1 lb.) package small shell macaroni, cooked & drained
2-3 stalks celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas, rinsed & thawed
1 lb. cooked salad shrimp (or more or less or I've even used imitation crab)
sweet pickle relish, to taste
2-3 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
DRESSING:
2 parts miracle whip-type salad dressing
1 part bottled seafood sauce or bottled cocktail sauce
