Recipe(tried): Pasta Vegetable Salad

Pasta/Vegetable Salad

1 small Onion,minced
1/2 Green Pepper,diced fine
1/2 Cucumber, seeds removed, diced
2 tomatoes,diced
3 cups uncooked Macaroni
Dressing (below)

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rince with cold water. Add the above ingredients.

Dressing:

2/3 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Salt /Pepper to taste.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a small sauce pan. Stir this while heating just long enough to dissolve the sugar. Add this to the macaroni mixture, stir to blend. Place in salad bowl. Chill.
