Supper on the Porch Salad

This macaroni salad recipe was passed to me from my mother...It is yummy, and is practically a meal in itself. She always called it "Supper on the Porch Salad" Hope you like it.

1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
3/4 pound cooked ham, cubed
1 cup cubed colby cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced scallions
2 Tbsp chopped pimento
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients up to and including pickle relish. Mix miracle whip, mustard and salt and add to macaroni mixture. Toss well and chill for several hours before serving. Note: The longer this sits in the fridge, the better it tastes...gives everything a chance to "marry"....K:)
